Modern Villa Designed by Andrea Pelati Architecte – Schuler Villa
This is modern villa situated in Neuchâtel, Switzerland and called Schuler Villa the beautiful contemporary residence with 3 level room. The villa occupies total project area is around 690 square meters, designed by Andrea Pelati Architecte and the team that put their hearts in this project was composed of Andrea Pelati, Raphaël Fromaigeat, Anna Popek-Schmalstieg and Sandy Erlebach and the construction of the house was completed in 2010. Here description from the architect : Downstairs, the rental apartment has the advantage of access to the garden lined with trees. At higher levels, the entry of the main house is connected to the living room area and a staircase leading to the attic. At this level, all the space is dedicated to the day area. On the south side, extends the dining terrace and opens in the park and landscape of the roof of the old village. The variable height of the facade walls creates a screen against the sights and allows occupants to enjoy this space with total serenity. On the north side, the room extends through a second terrace with direct access to private garden. The hearing was then opened widely in the fields of vineyards and the Jura Mountains. Because the façade of the villa has different heights, this allows the owners to hide behind these walls and to enjoy intimacy and serenity and allows enjoyed the natural light and the environment.
